Lake Okanagan
Okanagan Lake is located in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Canada. It stretches long from north to south, about 135 km from north to south and 5 km from east to west, with an area of 351 km². The Okanagan River, a tributary of the Columbia River, flows out of the south. It is said to be home to the Ogopogo, an unidentified creature, and is used as the city emblem of Kelowna.
